Final Rehearsal @ PA Ground

It's the final rehearsal @ PA ground before the actual days on 15 & 16 Feb and the guest-of-honour that evening was none other than Mr Richard Ng. Before the arrival of the guest-of-honour, the characters from Star War movie were on standby to welcome the VIPs.










The sleek & high performance Ferrari cars were leading the President float to a grand VIP welcome.

Our main float in the form of a gigantic whale with othere sea creatures around it. The logos of New Century Foundation and Batam View Beach Resort are prominently displayed atop the float.

Invitation To The Istana For Tea Reception

As one of the lead sponsors for Chingay Parade 2008, New Century is honoured to be invited by His Excellency, President Nathan to a tea reception at the Istana on 10 Jan 2008, Thursday. Mr Richard Ng, as one of the directors of the company was the distinguished representative.

After welcoming His Excellency, the opening speech was made by Mr Kuek Leng Joo.

President Nathan was briefed about the floats lined-up for this year's parade by Mr Nah and Mr Kuek and he was shown the artist impressions of our floats.
